“Queen of all Media” Wendy Williams, the at-times controversial talk show personality, has partnered with QVC for an apparel line to be launched later in March both online and on TV under the Adorn label. What we know so far is the line features an extended size range from XS to 3XL, with stretch fabrics and other features that appeal to the unapologetically curvy aesthetic. Wendy often talks about the challenges of being “a big girl,” is candid about her plastic surgery and the challenges of finding clothing that fits her figure. While the line isn’t being positioned specifically as a plus-size or multicultural line, the launch is in synch with our recent store checks where we’ve seen more floor space dedicated to extended and plus sizes often featuring multicultural models and nameplates.  The launch will complement her existing accessory and shoe lines currently available online.
